Most people come into counseling with a serious or chronic problem. Often people just don’t feel as happy as they want to be, or they have a problem that they’ve tried to figure out, and no matter they do they just can’t solve it. Counseling is really about making things work better for you. Many people think that counseling is going to be difficult and uncomfortable, but we also know that it’s a worthwhile experience that can be warm, supportive, and full of good humor.
As a counselor, most importantly, I want to create a place and space where people feel well taken care of. I’m here to support my clients, help them find solutions that work for them, to heal and to learn and grow from their experiences.
I’m here to make the world a better place one person, one couple, one family at a time.
